We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
• The crystal tortoise or any accessory included must be returned as received
• A valid proof of purchase or order ID is required

1. Contact Us: Email us at official@godsendtortoise.com or WhatsApp us with your order details and reason for return.
2. Verification: Our team will verify and approve your request within 2 working days.
3. Shipping: You will be guided to ship the product to our return address.
4. Inspection: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

Once your return is approved:

• Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days
• If paid by COD, we will initiate refund via bank transfer or UPI after verification

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. We will ensure a free replacement or a full refund based on your preference.
